At Friends of Ham, we are passionate about carefully selecting and sourcing each item on our menu from suppliers that share our passion for high quality, seasonal ingredients. This Indie Food Fest, we are hosting a series of intimate kitchen-side experiences in tribute to these relationships. Our 5-course tasting menu will showcase some of our favourite ingredients and the suppliers that provide them, with each dish matched with beers chosen by our bar staff.
