Kachumber Kitchen Vegan Supper Club
The creative, colourful and inspiring Kachumber Kitchen presents a menu of starters, a selection of mains and a dessert, capturing flavours from India to challenge your preconceptions, tickle the tastebuds and tease your palate!
The menu will be based on the seasonal vegetables and fruits at its best around May.
Examples include red lentil dhal topped with roasted beetroot and coconut chips, pea kachori with sharp lime-pickled onions, vegan Indian platter with selection of chutneys, kachumber Yorkshire samosas with seasonal coleslaw and fresh mint and Rhubarb and chocolate brownies topped with pistachios served with vanilla ice cream.
